Our existence is full of mystery. Science, through logical reasoning, strives to find answers. Different belief systems tell us what to believe and what to have faith in.
Often, we leave the search for truth in the hands of those we consider “experts” and we devalue our own judgment and
devalue our own judgment and capacity for discernment.
However, it is our personal responsibility to venture to explore, discover, experiment, question and discern.
Going in search of truth is a personal and, in many ways, solitary journey. It requires mental and emotional openness to question and consider different perspectives, flexibility in one’s own belief structure and perception,
and an open heart to sense and feel every step of the way.
We are pure consciousness, therefore, enlightenment is not a process of attainment, it is fundamentally a systematic process of demolishing all that stands in the way of our essential connection, the state of Being.

I did a course with Africa “Phenomena of Consciousness” a great discovery, how we are able to see and feel what was not within our reach. A great help to understand a little of what we are.
