The objective of these sessions is to recognize what are the original wounds that are producing discomfort or discomfort, in any aspect of life and proceed to the healing order.
Both transgenerational therapy and family constellations are approaches that seek to heal those emotional wounds and problematic patterns that may have their origin in the family past.
Transgenerationaltherapyanalyzes the family tree to identify these patterns, while family constellations use a representational technique to make visible the hidden dynamics of our family system, loyalties and patterns that prevent us from moving forward in some aspects of our lives, so we can work on them more directly.
It is through these movements that what is really governing our life manifests itself.
We will work with the family tree, with avatars and with anchors.
The ultimate goal is to LOVE YOU and LOVE EVERYTHING, as it was, as it is.
